Hiding statues items in Support message in Service Desk

Hi All,

I'd like hide status items (Sent to SAP and Proposed Solution) in Support message. Is this possible ?

Hi Kamil.

You can copy the status profile to a new status profile and

delete the statuses that you don't require in the new status profile.

Then, change the status profile defined in transaction type SLFN to use this new status profile.

Hi Kamil.

If you are copying any SOLMAN SAP standard profile, you should replace the first character from "S" to "Z".

In example, copy profile "SLFN0001" to "ZLFN0001".

I remember reading this procedure from a SAP documentation, and also this is how the SOLMAN

consultant configured our Service Desk.
