Hi,
we were using virtual ip adresses (other server names) for the database servers. These IP adresses (server names) does not exist any longer after changing the outsourcer. Now I want to change this values in SMSY, but exactly thist fiel is not accessible because the data source for this information is "SYSTEM RFC" does anybody know how to change this values?
I do not want to delete all the servers and reconnect them ...
Thank you.
Best regards,
Christian
The only way I've found to unlock fields like that is to right-click on the server name in the left-hand menu, then select "Other Functions" > "Set Datasource to Manual". Once you do that though, you can't go back.

Sean

Hello Christian,
If your data source is set to come from SLD - which should be for Solution Manager and Managed systems - the job LANDSCAPE FETCH is scheduled to run overnight and send the data from SLD to SMSY.
You can go to SM37 copy the job and release it for a instant update.
Best regards,
