Run PI 7.11 install on standalone PC

For a one-off test we need to install PI 7.1 on a standalone PC with no network connection. It will be later connected to a secure network for a single Proof Of Concept test. Once the test is completed the instance will be deleted. The installation is failing at the moment due to the dispatcher being unable to connect to the message server.

The dispatcher is complaining that the reverse lookup address is not unique:

NiIGetNodeAddr: hostname 'BZZMOBOPIPP01' = addr 127.0.0.1 *** DP_FATAL_ERROR => DpMsAttach: local hostname 'BZZMOBOPIPP01' is resolved to loopback address (cf. SAP note 1054467 for details)

Iu2019ve set the parameters rdisp/reverse_name_lookup = 0 and rdisp/tolerate_loopback_addr = true. I will also try to assign a dummy ip address to the network card in the PC and add this to the hosts file to see if this gets around the problem.

Is there anything else that needs to be done to install a PI instance on a standalone PC which is not connected to a network?
