Hi,
Either this trigger was explicitly enabled by an SRM functional consultant or it's a genuine program error. If it wasn't enabled by a funtional person, check if the following SAP notes (fixes) applies to your problem:
- 1439275 (for a non-Supplier Self Service <SUS> scenario)
- 1505444 (If you are using classic SRM scenario to create Purchase Orders & not using SUS to create confirmations - also check if you have access to see this note because it's not in the 'Released for customer status).
If you have a problem viewing the second note, we can try & resolve that with the person responsible for the note.
Best Regards, Trevor

Hi Phani,
It looks like one of the settings in the below link needs to be disabled:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_srm70/helpdata/en/a5/7eb8faed984bcbbd01230b52bde671/frameset.htm
Below link talks about the interface:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_srm70/helpdata/en/a5/7eb8faed984bcbbd01230b52bde671/frameset.htm
You would need help from your ABAP/functional counterpart to investigate where exactly this proxy interface is getting triggered from.
Regards,
Sanjeev.
