inbound delivery

I have a requirement to create an Inbound delivery by passing either a sales order or a purchase order(dynamically), is there a function module or a bapi out there which does this.

The complete requirement is to create a inbound delivery from an iDoc and do packing and PGI. if everything can done using a single BAPI, that would be great...

Any information on this would be great help.
