WF for Rfx

Former Member

Hi experts

i've activated with transaction SCPR20 BC SET /SAPSRM/C_RQ_600_000_SP04

But all Rfx created by me, into EP query are in status "awaiting 4 approval". But none approver exists.

I've been into bbp_pd, with Object Type bus 2200 and there are my RFX, but without Workflow item.

am i missing any steps?

regards

andrea

Check via PPOSA_BBP to see if your user is proper set up there, with a manager (red jacket icon) in your purchasing org. That manager should be the approver.

Also, check via transaction PFTC and see if the standard task 40107922 is set up as a "general task".

Transaction PFTC

Select "standard task" and enter task number and display

Go to menu "Additional Data" >> "Agent Assignment" >> "Maintain"

Highlight top node and click on "Attribute" button

Select "General Task" radio button

"Transfer"

"/SAPSRM/C_RQ_600_000_SP04" BC set is for "RFx Without Approval". That is the reason you don't have approvers. But the RFx should be approved right away and changed into "Published" status though. What is your process schema evaluation for RFx? What is your process level configuration for this schema?

Well

are you telling me that "an approver level" is mandatory? isn't it?

I don't recall that I mention this. If you go to SPRO SRM server >> cross application basic settings >> business workflow >> process controlled workflow >> business process configuration >> define process level, highlight on BUS2200, and double click on "process schema evaluation", what do you see?

If you would like to show some details about your process schema definition, that might be helpful too.
