How to Troubleshoot this Window Application problem

Hi, good day!

We're currently having problem with our SAP application. One of our staff accidentally dragged the window for one of its application (example: "Sales Order" window) up to the very point that you can't even reach the toolbar to move it back to its original place. To further explain the situation, here's a screenshot of the problem:

Here are the things that we've done already:

> Used any possible shortcut available in the net.(example: ctrlf5, altspacebar, alt+f10, etc.)

> Restart Program.

> Uninstall then re-install the program.

> Restart Desktop.

> Uninstall all of the SAP programs then re-install.

> Re-clicking the sides of the window.

Not yet tried:

> Bashing the keyboard.

Just kidding on the bashing of the keyboard, but seriously we really need help on trouble shooting this situation.

Thanks a lot for the person that could help us!

With regards to Sir Eric's suggestion, retrying it did worked though here's a step by step guide for some future problems that anyone may encounter this:

1. Press ALT+SPACEBAR.

2. Then press RIGHT ARROW key continuously until you reach the desired Window (for example: Sales Order window).

3. Then press M to make it move.

Thats all it takes to fix this almost 2 days delay problem. Hopefully this information may help future users in troubleshooting the same problem that they may encounter.

cheers!

and I'm giving a point for Sir Eric, thanks again for the effort.

Hi Sir Eric,

Thank you for this suggestion and your kind effort to help but we did also tried this one, sadly it didn't help(the alt+spacebar m).

Additional Info:

> We've tried logging it in from a different computer, still the problem exist.

Our assumption is the problem is with the user account.

Does anyone may help us with this problem?

Thank you in advance if ever. Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
