Hello,

We are trying to move our system to Windows and SQL Server 2008 R2

using DB specific system copy.

We had the following errors on MSSQL Server Post-Load Activities Step.

Error:

[EXCEPTION]

com.sap.sld.api.wbem.exception.CIMException: CIM_ERR_FAILED: (//local_E/active) No class key found for class SAP_DBSystemInstance

at com.sap.cim.lib.objmgr.core.OMError.newException(OMError.java:263)

at com.sap.cim.srv.impl.pers.jdbc.common.common.PersError.newException(PersError.java:90)

ERROR 2011-03-31 12:26:00.161 [sixxcstepexecute.cpp:988]

From updateSystemHistory.log file

Error:

at com.sap.cim.srv.impl.pers.jdbc.generic.StandaloneConnectionPool.<init>(StandaloneConnectionPool.java:124)

What could be the reason for this?

Could you help, please?

Thanks and kind regards,

Hello Yuksel,

Is your java working right (config tool)?

Check if user SAPC2DDB as the right permission as per note [592514|http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/592514]. Also, note [1294762|http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1294762] (schema repair script) can correct any inconsistency.

Hello,

My problem is solved by reinstalling OS with English settings.

(Changing regional settings did not solve it by the way)

Thanks.

Hello,

I can run the following command (that sapinst could not run and get the error) from command promt without any error (...done message is taken as seen below).

"C:\Users\Administrator>"C:\Program Files\sapinst_instdir\NW72\MSS\COPY\MSS\SYSTEM\STD\AS-JAVA\

sapjvm\sapjvm_6\bin\java.exe" -classpath "C:/Program Files/sapinst_instdir/NW72/MSS/COPY/MSS/SYSTEM/STD/

INFO: Start

Save local system (SAP SID: C2D, DB host: EPDEV).

Save database (DB SID: C2D, DB type: MSS).

...done

Unfortuanately SAPINST gets the following error for the same command.

Save local system (SAP SID: C2D, DB host: EPDEV).

Error:

[EXCEPTION]

com.sap.sld.api.wbem.exception.CIMException: CIM_ERR_FAILED: (//local_E/active) No class key found for class SAP_DBSystemInstance

at com.sap.cim.lib.objmgr.core.OMError.newException(OMError.java:263)

What can it be the reason for this?

Any idea?

Hello Yuksel,

Is this a Java only or a dual stack system? If is a dual stack MSSQL_SCHEMA should be c2d.

Hello Eduardo,

We have dbms_type = mms environment variable for C2DADM.

But there are no variables beginning with MSSQL*.

There are no variables like MSSQL* for our another running system's SIDADM.

I added these environment variables to C2DADM user's as follows.

MSSQL_SERVER = EPDEV

MSSQL_DBNAME = C2D

MSSQL_SCHEMA = SAPC2DDB

But stil have the same error.

Kind Regards,

Hello Eduardo,

Firstly, thank you for your answer.

I was unable to connect C2D db with SAPC2DDB user.

With the help of the note you mentioned "Note 1294762 - SCHEMA4SAP.VBS" I ran repair script and now I can connect to DB with user SAPC2DDB.

But I stil got stucked on the same step, SQL Server Post-Load Activities.

Logs are as follows now;

from sapinst_dev.log file

Save local system (SAP SID: C2D, DB host: EPDEV).
