Some buttons on the message mapping toolbar not accessible

Hi experts,

Me and another developer having same authorization but she can edit the and use the message mapping functions on the toolbar like clear mapping, data flow editor, text preview, show mapping templates used, show suitable templates and so on but I cant. We are even having sap_all profile.

Is there any reason why this happens?

Hi,

This issue is due to JDK version. As another Developer is able to access using the same version. I think the Java might got some issue. I would like you to re-install JDK on your computer and try.

Hi,

The issued is resolved after I uninstalled my jdk version 1.6.24 and reinstalled the older version same as my collegue who could use the buttons/functions which is version 1.5.05.

Check the JDK version installed in your system. If it is PI7.0 or less then try with JDK 1.4.* and if its PI7.1 or higher try with JDK1.5 or 6.

Both of us are using JDk 1.6. We are on PI 7.01.
