Hello,

We have an authorization issue on transaction TRIP : we gave managers * for field AUTHP as they must approve employees requests. But this allows them also to create requests for others, is there a possibility to prevent them from that?

Hi,

Instead of Trip transaction for approval. Try to give PR05 for approval.

The manager approve via WF decision step, not using PR05 or TRIP transaction

Hi,

Restrict the authorization by comparing role SAP_FI_TV_WEB_ASSISTANT.

This role gives you authorization for creating request on behalf of others.

Note: Even if you create request through ECC, check the authorizations given in this role and try to restrict.
