CIF job not updating the gross weight in SCM product master

We have changed the gross weight in material master in R/3 and then activated CIF integration model. Now I find that after running the CIF job, still the Gross weight is not updated in Product master in SCM

What could be the reason?

How are you doing ?

For carrying the change from ERP to SNC/SCM, you need to have the data replication settings right.

I believe, I am pointing you to the root cause

Go to transaction /nbd50 in ERP

and make sure the change pointer for message type CIFMAT is active (checked)

Now try deactivating and activating the active CIF connection

Please let me know, if you face any other error message in log. or cfg1

As a check, i would suggest

Try changing the name of material in ERP(like add a letter ) and acitvate the CIF, if it works then there is problem with system.

If that does not work, there is problem with settings
