Rfx Remote Function Call error

Hi experts

in SRM 7.0 via Enterprise Portal, with my Strategic Purchaser an error occurs. Launching Rfx Creation or Rfx creation template, an error about RFC occurs. But i cannot understand if the RFC called is versus Back-End (Ecc 6.0) or Enterprise Portal.

Is there anyone who found the same issue?

From Portal you will be calling SRM system to create RFx, what is the actual error system is trigerring?
