If there are two customers, for one customer 10 condition types are mandatory and for the other only two. How would we configure this if we have to map it with one pricing procedure.
Hi,
This can be done even without having two different pricing procedures. Dont make nething mandatory, rather create different access sequence to address the customer specific requirements and maintain proper condition records.
If condition record is present (mandatory condition) system will take that into account, if the condition record is not present (non mandatory condition) system will exclude.
Treat this scenario similar to discount scenario. When you give away discount based on 'Customer #' system understands that it is only valid for that particular customer and not for others. Sounds simple isn't it???

Hello Dear,
There is only a single word "Mandatory" in your question which indicates it is not possible to have pricing condition Mandatory for one customer and not for other.
For that you should have to create two differenct pricing procedure as Ritesh has mentioned havind two different customer pricing procedure.
Thnx

Hi,
You can simply do this by having a condtion tabel in which their is a field for Customer.
This will take care of everything.
The condtion type will only excecute if the record exists for that customers.
Apply this i hope you will get your answer.

HI,
my suggestion would be the same as what krishna has suggested.
you need to maintain two different pricing procedure, one with 10 condition types mandatory and other with two condition types mandatory.
and two determine the same you also need to create two different customer pricing procedure. as the pricing procedure will be determine based on sales area, doc pricing procedure and cust pricing pro.
suppose your sales area in 100/10/10 and document pricing pro is A and customer pricing procedure is 01 (for cust whr 10 cond mandatory) and 02 (for cust whr 2 cond are mandatory)
and your two pricing procedures are
RVAA01 - with 10 cond mandatory
RVAA02 - with two cond mandatory
so, you can have below configuration in OVKK
1000/10/10 - A - 01 - RVAA01
1000/10/10 - A - 02 - RVAA02
Thanks,
Ritesh

Hi,
My suggestion is to go for two pricing procedures defined for one order type. One pricing procedure will have only one condition type which is mandatory.Second one will be having two condition types such that both were mandatory.
Each customer will be assined different pricing procedure. Each pricing procedure will be determined based on the customer pricing procedure(which is differently assigned to these two customers).

Krishna.

Could you write specifically?

You have to maintain pricing condition type for the combination of "Customer / Material" based on which, when you create a sale order for the given customer, system will fetch the price accordingly.
