Issue with Intermec CK3 RF Scanners

Hi,

We are facing issue while log into SAP via RF unit.

When the user login to SAP via RF unit users SAP session on PC gets disconnected. The RF Unit shows 2 options while logging in:

1. Continue with this login & terminate other logins &,

2. Terminate this login.

There is no third login which will allow user to continue with the log in via RF without terminating other log in.

Till few days before the user was not facing any issue.

The issue is simultaneous login is possible when the user logs in to RF first & then via PC but not vice-a-versa, since during login via SAP Gui on PC, the third option is available which makes the user possible to login without terminating other logins.

Does anybody has faced such issue before with handheld RF scanners?

Hi

This is Access related, requirement of multiple logons at a time, pls check with Basis team, they would be able to fullfill your requirement. we had similar requirement & got it done through Basis team.
