Hi experts,
I just encountered a strange error when I was working on PI. The scenario is File-to-IDOC. PI pick up IDOC files and send it to ERP via IDOC receiver adapter. It was working fine, but after the upgrade of ERP system. The IDOC messages were stucked there and cannot proceed. From SXMB_MONI I can see all the IDOC messages are in waiting status. From IDX5 and SM58, I cannot see any IDOC messages there. From BD87, I also cannot see any IDOC created. Since it was an upgrade. I thought the format of the IDOC (FINSTA) might have been changed, so I reloaded the meta data from ERP again. But the problem still remain. I checked all the connections from PI to ERP and ERP to PI, and partner profile (WE20) it should be fine. Can anyone tell me that how to find it out what made the IDOC in waiting status? and how can I proceed? Thanks.

Have you register the Queue after upgrade?
Here is the procedure to register the queue
You need to register the Queues
Transaction: SXMB_ADM -> Manage Queues -> Register the Queues.
or you can run below program.
RSXMB_REGISTER_QUEUES
