Can we use QA122 for return a lot for reinspection

Yes Sir, It is Movement Type
If you mean the movement type 122, you can return stock to vendor at usage decision transaction when incoming inspection.(not for reinspection)
Let us know what QA122 is and which inspection type you have for reinspection.
