Printing Issue with custom page format

Hi All,

I have created a custom page format for printing a smartform in dotmatrix printer.

I have already set the left margins for all windows to 0.1 cm ( i.e. 1 mm). But still when I am trying to print the the smartform, printing is starting by leaving some blank space, around 2 cm to the left of page.

Can anyone hint/guide me how to resolve this issue.

How did you set the clipper / ruler of dotmatrix printer?

Is it a manual setting?

Hi Guys,

This issue is resolved by setting the clipper / ruler of dotmatrix printer.

Sorry for not doing enough R&D before posting the issue. Actually the issue was very critical, so couldn't afford to take a chance.
