No Quants existing for PCN

Hi gurus!

When i'm trying to create TO for PCN system throws error as " no quants exists for posting changes".

The indension of posting change is to transfer the stock from quality to unrestricted using Mvt 321..There is sufficient amount of stock in Quality.

Please throw light on what are the things to be checked to overcome this error.

I got solved the issue.

this had been caused as the system compares the quant data of the bin with the PCN data. in my case the GR no is different so system throws error.

Do you have enough available qty in QI stock? You may be having strock in Quality in MMBE but when you check in LS26, can you see 'stock for putaway' or stock available?

If stock for putaway, then, in LT01 usint mtype 999, move the stock to a physical storage type.

Also, when you create TO for PCN (I guess in LU04), you can see the stock in storage types. Make sure 'available qty' exists.

I think If stock are not putaway in WM, you cannot use them for PCN

Thanks for the reply.

But the stock is sufficiently available in valid bin without any status of blocked / inventory active.

Hope we have to look from some other angle to address.
