Early Watch alert and Early Watch Check

Is there any difference between the services Early Watch alert and Early Watch Check?

Hello,

The SAP EarlyWatch Report is a system monitoring report that is run on a weekly basis that will raise alerts that indicate potential problems,or problems with various aspects of the system. See http://service.sap.com/EWA

The SAP EarlyWatch Health Check is a Service that can be deliered by SAP see http://service.sap.com/earlywatch

However it is also a service that can be self delivered either via DSWP or Workcenters. This report us used to address the problems found on the system.

You may want to run an EWC when you are about to Go Live, or if the EWA is alerting to certain problems.

Hi,

EWA and EWC has really nothing to do with each other, but SAP uses the EWA statistics when they're running the EWC.

The EWC can e.g be ordered via an OSS message. You can get more details at http://service.sap.com/earlywatch.

EWC is a service provided by SAP
