SRM 7.0 Process Controlled Workflow - System as the Approver

Hi Gurus,

We have using process contrlled workflow and the approval process is based on item level and working on SRM 7.0

We are getting system as the approver if the approver does not exists for one line item and exists for another line item for the same sequence number.

however the system approver is approving the item and is waiting for the approver to approve the another item to go to next level.

can you please tell me how to can we aviod system approver in the approval process.

Hi,

I think it is standard behavior. All items should be processed to go next approval level.
