Some important things in SAP (NEED HELP EXPERTS)

Hi gurus,

I would like to clarify some things about SAP. Im new in this industry and my finished course is completely not related with Information Technology, but I graduated as an Engineer.

I would like to request, if any, the hierarchical view of all elements in SAP.

I would also like to clarify how does R/3, BW, BI, etc.. becomes environment.

And can you please explain how does the words instance, environment, client, users, system, modules, and especially the words SAP NETWEAVER, ERP, ECC in layman's term so I can fully understand them.
