agents link to customer

HI,

This is Prasad , now i am in implementation project,,, its yarns manifacturing industry,, here all the orders book the agents,, and under the agents there is a numbers of customers,, my client is asking that once if he click agent automatically what ever the agents having the customer by area wise has to display.. then hwo i can configer this pricess.. please help any one

As you said that all Order are book t hru Agents, here what I think of as on now:

Make all the Agents as Sold to Party & Customers as Ship to Party.

Now in the Customer Master of Agent, assign all the end customers as Ship to Party.

Now where you create a Sales Order & Enter the Sold-to-Party code (Agent) system will display list of all the Ship-to-Party assigned to that Agent on the Respetive Sales Area...

Accordinly Bill-to-Party & Payer can be Agent or End Customer as the case may be...
