Cancel UD ( Cancel 321 )

Dear Forum,

We have an issue on double posting in to unrestricted from the QI stock.

This is an ADSUBCON scenario , in which when GR is done 101/ 543 and 262 documents are posted.This 262 doc generates an inspection lot. User has performed UD for this and a 321 doc us posted .

By mistake there is another manual 262 is posted and for this document also the Usage decision has been made and the stock moved to Unrestricted stock.

Please advice if there is any way to cancel the manual 262 document posted.

According to SAP Note 33924 UD cannot be reversed.

SAP Note 175842 : suggests the reversal of goods movement from UD.

If any one has encountered similar case, appreciate if provide me the details on procedure and risks.

Remember that reversing 261 i.e 262 movement is possible without doing the mvt 322.

you have to implement SPA note to reverse the stock posting but for 262 mvt you don't have to .

means for header material reversal implement SAP note but for child items need not to.Simply reversing externally against original document is possible.......

You should assign the transaction 'QA11' as allowed transaction at transaciton OMJJ for movement type '322'.

Using SAP note 175842 you can reverse stock to inspection stock then you can cancel the original material document with movement type '262'.
