Include signature in the reply

Somebody know how I include the signatura or a text that I created when I choose the option Reply (SU99) in the message for support ?

You could probably create a text type and an action for signatures... but there are no signatures in the standard for Service Desk

Hi Miguel,

I already have a action for status of message, I need create a signatura for many people.

I need create the signatue qhen I change the status of the message in the Solman.

For exemplo: When I post a new text in the box of the message, put automatic my signature.

Do you know how i create this ?
