Hi Experts,

When we try to save the cust. request on our ECC6 SYSTEM , get this error.

Any ideas?

Hello there,

do you mean a Service Desk message created from Help -> create support message?

If this is the case, please check BCOS_CUST. In the line for APPL OSS_MSG , there is an entry with the RFC used to contact the Solution Manager.

The RFC to sent messages back to the Solution Manager should not be a trusted RFC, because you are forced to create system users in the Solution Manager for every single system user in the satellite system (the ECC)

Hi James,

This error is caused due to your CSOL configuration.

You should maintain an RFC in table BCOS_CUST.

To be able to communicate with the satellite system, Solution Manager

uses the RFC connection. You may have trusted or a non-trusted RFC

communication for the communication. If you go for trusted RFC

connection, it is needed for all the developers in the satellite system

to have same user ID existing in SAP Solution Manager system with RFC

connection role. If this is not the case, you may go for having a

special user of type "S" with role SAPSOLMANTMWCOL created in SAP

Solution Manager and assigned to the RFC connection from satellite

system to SAP Solution Manager .

Best Regards,

Fernando
