One small question about customer action status in the Service Desk

Hello experts:

In my incident management when I am proccesing a message if I need some aditional information from the creator of the message, where do I have to write the new requirement so when I change the status of the message to Customer Action the creator can see the new text added for me?. I see I can add only texts in a window that says: information for SAP .

Hi Paul,

Please, take a look at the following authorization object:

CRM_TXT_ID Authorization to see or change text types of a message

As a processor, you must have authorization to create/change the text IDs:

SU99

SU30

SU04

SU01

SU15
