how to create a substitute for requester in SRM 7.0

Hi,

do you know how to create a substitute for requester?

we have groups of 2 people and we want that they can see and edit shopping carts one of each other. Do you know how is it possible? it will be necessary for all SCs.

Hi,

The requester himself can define his substitute in personalization. Once he/she defines substitute, when he creates a team shopping cart, it will be visible to his substitute as well. The substitute can take over the cart at any point of time.

the situation is that we want that they will be substitute for all the SC. Not for each SC. It should be like substitutes for approval...

You can set Team cart flag by WedDynpro enhancement or BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI.

Hello,

In shopping cart, team purchasing will only work if you flag the checkbox for each cart.

Your end users should mark this option in order to work with the substitution.

You can use the "Team Cart" feature introduced in SRM 7 for your requirement.
