Shopping Cart Ship-To-Address Error

HI,

I am getting below error for only this user while creating shopping cart.

Please populate the 'Name' field in Ship-to address/Performance Location (Item teghjj )

In the "Ship-To Address/Performance Location " no data is coming....the screen is totaly balnk

here is my analysis..

in the PPOMA_BBP for this user the attribute maintained correctly and checked default box.

Delivery address ADDR_SHIPT 0000270060 0 1 1

Not able to find the cause,,Please let me know the steps to check for the same...

In the same department other users working fine..

Hello,

Go to transaction BBPADDRINTC in SAP_GUI and check if this address is linked to a company. You can use the

search help available in this transaction.

Then, check which address is linked to this number.

Otherwise, check in portal if this address exists indeed, checking the business partner area.

But the problem is not with the address no. It is working fine for other employees in the department.

Only for one user it is not working fine. where I need to check for the same

Hi ,

Check the Business partner of the user in BP tcode and check the role of the BUP003 some time the date might be expired.

If the BP role expires for employee while creating SC you will get delivery address is not valid.

Hi ,

The address number you entered in PPOMA_BBP should be exis in table BUT021_FS.
