Web GUI hangs

Hi,

I am trying to access Web GUI using the URL "http://mydomain.com:8102/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui".

I can get the login page and prompt, but after keying in the ID & password, it hangs. It's a valid ID & password as there's no problem logging in via the LogonPad.

The port number is as per what was configured in SMICM.

Anything else that I need to configure?

Hello Sisab

Kindly check wither the service is active in SICF.

If it is then clear the cache of your browser once and give a try.

Hey,

Since you are getting initial screen of the webgui it means your SICF service is enabled.

Please check the browser settings like compatibility settings in IE8 which cause the problem.

It seems ITS configuration is not complete.

Check if all required ICF services have been activated
