Hello ,
how to create a Job variant and obtain transport request for this?
I am triyng in development system through SE38 but the system doesnt give me the request...
Is there another possibility?

I think you need to create in all environments, it does not require transport.
I thought the same but looks that the basis guys are able to transport it
