Hi Experts!
I have a query,what happens to a workflow after :
1.Individual step time period expires.
2.Overall workflow time period expires.
If it is available to Admin after that, how can i send it again to assigned authority again.
Thanks,
Ravi
Hello Ravi
1. return to pevious step
2. return to launcher
WF all time avialable for launcher and you can assign WF to himrself(i mean Admin) during it life cycle
and sure, you can send it again to another step
You can organize own logic and set own time periods for all WF steps

Hi Ravi,
please find below answer to your question
If you are a person who have created record and you are a launcher of this workflow also and after you there is a validator and then after that a approver so link would look something like this
Laucher-->Validator---->Approver
now assume you have created the record and it went to validator but he has forgot to validate the record then it would be availbe in his queue still he has validated it and sent it further, but same time it will be alos available in your que and if you think from long no action has been taken than you can again re-assign it to different user and then compete the workflow.
You can set timeframe for workflow as per your own business needs.
Thanks and Regards
