What PI version you are using? You can download SCA files from SAP Support/Marketplace site.

Navigate: Support Packages and Patches -> SAP NetWeaver -> SAP NETWEAVER -> SAP NETWEAVER 7.0/SAP NETWEAVER PI 7.1-> Entry by Component -> J2EE Adapter Engine (PI/XI)/Adapter Engine (Java EE)
