Hi folks,
I am looking for a documentation that says if SAP recommend to have two SAP Solution Manager - one Solution Manager System just for the development and quality assurance systems and another one to production system. or SAP recommend has just one system to centralize the systems?
Tks a lot!

Hello,
I am not sure there is such a document as typically the Solution Manager system does not use the DEV > QAS > PRD
Model. Customers will often have a sandbox system to try things out first.
Multiple Solution Maager systems are usually used to address load and function. As an example if you were runnign SErvice Desk and ChaRM, you may dedicate a Solution Manager for each of these functions so performance is not impacted.
You can find Solution Manager best practices at http://Service.sap.com/solutionmanagerbp
There are also white papers available for various functions,
Perhaps someone else is familiar with a document that does explicitly mention the points you want answered, but some information should be available at that link.
Regards,
Paul
