Order quantity not getting defaulted in delivery

Hi Friends,

When I am trying to create delivery the order qty is not coming in the delivery qty. The scenario is like this I have 2 sessions running where in one session i am creating a delivery note while in the second session I am creating a delivery note for another order at the same time, however the qty's is not getting defaulted in the delivery qty. Can someone please tell why is this problem occurring. Material in both the orders are same.

was there any message on the screen? did you check the delivery log?
