Smartform Shifts to the right

Hi Experts

Please can you assist , we have a smartform that does not fax correctly. the smartform is created using standard process.

The smartform is created correctly and can be seen in SOST. When we open it in SOST the document is fine. If we email the document its fine , however if we fax the document it shifts the document +- 10 percent to the right. So the document is now partially cut off. Has anyone had a similar experience , or know how to assist .

Hi,

Please check the page format of the form. You may be using the A4 and the fax is usng the letter.

please check and change the page format.

The page format for the smartform is A4, I am not sure about the fax. If they are different should I make them the same ?

i. e should I change the fax to be A4 or the page to be letter ?

i m not sure. can u plz check the settings of the fax.

Thanks Shiva, that was the issue. I changed the samrtform format to Letter and it works fine now.
