CT3 of this month but invoicing in next month

Dear All,

I am having CT3 of this month but i will create invoice in next month (April 2011)

Will it allow me to do in sap as financial year is going to change

What problems will occur due to this and what is correct process?

Hi

As far as i know the system will not allow you to make this CT3 while creating the ARE-3 because the validity of the CT3 has expired.

What you can do is create a proforma invoice after delivery in this month and then create a excise invoice and ARE3 in this month.

Later on next month you can create a commercial invoice

Can it be done by opening that period...because i remember last year same thing was done by my senior and it worked
