Please explain the process what exactly you were trying. Moreover, please search the forum before posting as topic (stock reservation) was discussed many times in the forum and even after searching, still if you have not got the required input, please post your queries.

Hello Lakshmipathi,

My scenario is i have created a delivery with respect to sales order, lets assume that there is one material with 20 quantity, and those 20 were moved to qualtiy by someone, now is there anyway where i could reserve this stock that is on the delivery.

business wants that this stock should not be moved by anyone if it is already on the delivery, is it possible, then what could be the complications.

First check in material master "Sales General/plant" view what availability check is maintained. Next go to OVZ9, select that availability check with the combination of "B" and execute. There check the boxes for "Include sales reqmts" and "Include deliveries". This settings will meet your requirement.
