Vendor creation SRM to SUS

Hi gurus,

I have the requierement that vendors created in R/3 are transferred automatically to SRM and SUS.

From R/3 to SRM no problem, we use BBPGETVD and BBPUPDVD.

How can automate the creation of vendors from SRM to SUS?

How can we automatically set the flag "Portal Vendor" so that the vendors are automatically transferred using BBP_SP_SUPP_INI. After execution of this transaction, is then an email sent to suppliers with User, password and URL to login? or something else has to be executed?

Hi,

Pushing vendors from SRM to SUS is unfortunately a manual activity where you flag the supplier as a 'Portal Supplier'. The other way is push the supplier from ECC to SUS directly using BD14. Ask a technical person to check if this can be automated.

Yes the supplier who is pushed into SUS will receive a temporary username and password to login along with a BSP link. You need to ensure that in SUS client appropriate entries are maintained under SPRO-SUS-Make settings for Business Partners.
