Hello,

We are trying to display logs in SM21 and unable to view the logs. There are no entries displayed in SM21. On checking i found that proper read permissions are set for SLOG files.

Can anyone please help here.

thank you.

Hello,

Run RSLGCOLL process from OS level...so that sm21 can read log data from OS and show in sm21

The file systems were not mounted. once they were mounted, we were able to see the logs.

Hi friends,

Recently we have upgraded ECC environment to EHP5 and notices that after upgrade we are having issues with SM21 for viewing "Central System Log".

choose u2013 all remote system logs will not display all app server logs it only shows logged in system logs

Do we have any note or any fix for this issue ?

Hi,

Just in addition, you can look into the SAP note: Note 25526 - Central system log not available.

How many instances you have?, is it happening in the CI?..

Check that your Systme log and Central Logging parameters are correctly set,

Hi ,

Please check that do you have any application server for that Application.

Login in System in SM21 and chnage the option as mentioned below.

SM21 ->System logs -. Choose -> All remote system logs

Check in Al11 that you are able to see the slog.

thanks
