Hi,
We have SRM 5.0 classic scenario Service pack level 15.
Yesterday the catalog was not accessible from SRM webpage due to some network issues post which MDM was remounted by basis team.
Now the catalog is accessible but when we select an item & try to add it to the shopping cart from any of the MDM catalogs it throws us out back to the initial login page of the system.
Even if we log back in & repeat the process there is no difference. Have tried it out with multiple items from different catalogs across the live , quality & development systems to no avail.
There has been no change in the catalog settings from SRM front. Have also checked the Catalogs' SPRO details to verify the same.
This has been working fine for last few years now prior to the issue yesterday
Basis team is looking into this but your expert guidance will be highly valued.

make sure
1. no changes in the catalog webservice parameters defintion was done (SRM SPRO)
2. no changes in OCI settings in the catalog side was done
3. make sure the ports on which MDM was initially running are the same in the MDM side and that they match with what are mentioned in the SRM spro settings
the catalog logon page is usually shown when the repo is not up
