Deletion of shopping cart form SRM backend

HI,

We have issue when trying to deleted shopping cart. It is giving Error "The attributes of user are inconsistent or not defined. See Transcation PPOSA_BBP"

Here are the steps we executed.

1. The user created the shopping cart and when approver trying to approves the cart, the approver recieves above error meesaage. We checked his attributes in Org Unit, everything is fine.

2. We forwarded this cart to net approver, he also gets same message when he approves th cart.

3. We asked them to create new cart, the new cart went fine, all apporvers are able to appove the cart.

4. We requested our Administrator to Delete the cart form portal Monitor shopping cart. He also get same message "The attributes of user are inconsistent or not defined. See Transcation PPOSA_BBP"

The issues is with shopping cart and not able t understand why it is happiening with this cart only.

i executed some function modules in SRM backend to delete, but not succeeded.

Could some one help me on this to delete the cart.

Note 1515332 - SC monitor: Error when displaying shopping cart

Symptom

Login as Admin and goto Shopping Cart Monitor. Open a Shopping Cart.

If the creator of the shopping cart is no longer working for the company (that is, the relevant user is locked), the system issues an error popup stating "The attributes of the user are inconsistent or not defined. See transaction PPOMA_BBP."

Solution

Implement the following corrections.

It is applicable if your sp is less than 10 in SRM 700 RELEASE.

Do you have same symptoms there ?
