Hi Experts,
I have a client requirement to add multiple tasks as default values in quality notification. EG. When they create a notification a set of tasks to be assigned automatically or by any additional function buton.
Please provide your valuable inputs.

You can define the default tasks for priority using the response monitoring.
SPRO > Quality Management > Quality Notifications > Notification Processing > Response Control > Define Priorities & Define Response Monitoring
1.Assign the priority type into notification type
2.Define the default tasks for each priority in response profile
3.Assign the response profile and service profile into notification type
When you create a notification you select the priority and click 'Determine Tasks' button on task tab.
