How to show image on web Dynpro application from backend

I have image of employee maintain in the backend. How to show that image dynamically in Web Dynpro Application.

For Image Ui, it is ok.

But i want to display it ALV as one column.

Pls help me to comeout...

Edit the ALV Cell as image cell.

As correctly pointed, you need to change the ALV cell to Image. For this, you can check the reply by Uday in this reference thread:
