QUALITY CERTIFICATE

Hi All,

While creating Quality certificate I am getting the Warnig and error messges

Warning The specifications for characteristic 0001 were not found in batch 11006Y Material 4000030 Plant 1000

Error The data for batch 000000000004000030 1000 11006Y could not be printed

What are all settings required to get the Quality certificate?

Make sure following things

1.MIC specified in the Certificate are exactly same as that of maintained in the batch.

2.what is origin of results.........is it MIC or batch?

3.have you used class char to transfer results from result recording to batch.

4.status of result recorded should be "5"

Error & warning shows somewhere you have selected

"Batch" as Input...............check once again in certificate profile

Hello Sudhakar,

Please check whether the results are recorded for the characteristics ,for the material batch combination . It is one of the most common reason of showing the message mentioned .
