GRC PC - Creation of master data workflow

Hi all

As seen in documentation, the modification of master data is contained in some approval workflows. But, when i create a new process, a new control, a new risk, there is no approval workflow for this creation of master data. is this true? had anyone the same issue?

Hi Isaac,

You need to create the workflow accordingly.

Have you ever done that?

Hi Claudinei,

According to the configuration guides, the only approval workflow is for modification of master data. What i need is a workflow that automatically starts when a user creates a Control, subprocess, risks, etc. Do you know where can i get some info related to it??

Hi Isaac,

As per my understand you need to have workflow that triggers all the time someone creates a control or subprocess or risk?

If so the triggers are not be used like that.

It's a diferent a way to see it. Triggers Workflows are related with rules that will trigger based on some configurations related with specific process.
