Create Variant in Shippment Profile

Dear all,

I need to create variant in Shippment Profile for activities "shippment start" and "shippment end" to post goods issue and switch the status of the equipment in the start of the shippment to inactive then to active when the shippment ends.

Could anyone tell me how can i do this?
