Deletion of CO-PA planning layout

Hi All,

I have created parameter set under a planning package to plan my CO-PA data. I have entered some figures profit center wise and saved the data. Later on I want to add some more characteristics to my planning layout, so I have deleted the existing planning data through KE1C. After adding the new Characteristic values, I've executed planning layout to enter new data, but this layout is showing previous characteristic values, e.g. profit centers. Eventhough I've deleted the earlier planning layout, these are appearing again, in order to that, I'm unable to enter new plan data.

How can we delete previous planning layout permanently?

Hi

1. In KEPM - Step ENTER PLANNING DATA

You can see the excel here with in KEPM

2. Un-protect the excel sheet from the MENU TOOLS > Protection

3. Now, unhide the 1st row the excel sheet.. By default it is hidden

4. Now, click on MENU Settings > Formatting

5. File Descr will be generated and you need to confirm the pop up

This should help you

Dear Ajay,

2. Un-protect the excel sheet from the MENU TOOLS > Protection

I couldn't find Tools option in my screen.

Can you please specify where it'll appear?

Thanks

Hi Ajay,

I did as explained by you.

After unprotection of the file, now I can delete the rows which I want, but when I save the file, agian old layout Characteristic values are appearing.

Is there anyway that we can then delete permanently?

Thanks for the support
