Hi All,
While releasing data from Infocube to Planning area through program "SAPAPO/RTSINPUT_CUBE" we are facing a dump "Date is after end date of time buckets profile".
Dates we are releasing are as follows - from 28.03.2011 to 04.02.2013.
Our storage bucket profile is 20 years long and Planning bucket profile (For the 1st data view of planing book is 83 weeks).
But in the program SAPAPO/RTSINPUT_CUBE we only give planning area reference and not the planning book so as per my assumption planning bucket profile should not come into the picture.
Can anyone please suggest the cause of this issue?
Also we we able to rerun it successfully the next day of failure...
Thanks,
Chandan
Hi Chandan,
"Date is after end date of time bucket profile" is usually issued if the time horizon defined is greater than the initialization horizon of the corresponding planning area.
So kindly goto //msdp_admin, select your planning area, right click and select "Created time series objects". Please make sure the dates given in //tscube is within the start and end date of what planning area is initialized for. It's not the storage bucket profile which you need to check, it's the planning area.
Best Regards,
Nithin.

Hi,
Have to check the jobs which are running by this Program- /SAPAPO/TS_PAREA_INITIALIZE,If we want adjust date, goto the variant and change as per the request and run the job in back ground. and check time serious in planning area (/sapapo/msdp_admin ) If there were keyfigure level storage then , Key Figure probably is initialised to a period less than the planning book, we can reset the initialized time to cover the planning book.

hi chandan,
go to the planning area, right click and select time series objects.. check whether the date u have mentioned is within the horizon mentioned in the time series object.. if so, there shoudnt be any issue.. otherwise change the horizon and check.. hope ur question is answered..
thanks
