Compliance Address belong to which Company Code? How to see?

Former Member

Hi Gurus,

If we transfer Business Partner from 2 different company codes

from SAP to GTS how can we see in GTS to which company code the address belongs to?

AFAIK in GTS you can see with the logical system where the address is coming from.

But you cannot see to which company code address belongs to.

Is there any way to make the address in GTS seeable to which company code it belongs?

Maybe by enrichment of a field...

Thanks

Regards

Dieter

Hello Dieter,

as you know company code is created in GTS as FTO (Foreign trade organization).

Please have a look in table /SAPSLL/PARMA there is BP to FTO assignment.

Please also refer to .

Additionally you can use standard user exit transferring KNB1, LFB1(company code info) info to GTS but you would have to find add. filed in BP tables (BUT*).

Cheers,

Gabriel.

Hi Gabriel,

nice, that was what I was looking for.

Is there any chance to set authorization or something

that user can see only his sales org/foreign trade area?

In audit trail selection screen or other selection screens

regarding compliance is there a possibility to select

for foreign trade area? Or is it possible to

enhance the selection screens for foreign trade area?

Thanks

Regards

Dieter

I understand that. But this is not handleable.

We cannot create for every compliance transaction a own Transaction variant.

Isn´t there any other option?

Hi,

as far as i know authorization check is not properly. You need authorization for at least one business partner type. But if there is one assigned to role-you can see everything. eg. this is not nice in case of spl against employee.

Please keep this in mind.
