Display Notification fields

Hi Everyone

I am facing a strange problem. While maintaining field display for a certain notification type, I have hidden fields of Problem code group, problem code, code description, assembly, assembly description etc. But while creating/displaying notification, system is not hiding them and is still displaying them.

Could you please help me in solving the problem.

Check whether you have maintained the value for some other notification types under influence
